Hi ladies, went for my bone scan, ultrasound & chest Xray last Friday. Judging from the expression of the sonographer, result of the ultrasound on my left kidney & hip bone is not positive. Feels nervous over it and will have an appointment with my onoclogist this coming Tuesday. Please give me your support and prayer. Thank you. Angie

Angie, well the first thing you have to learn is to never try to read a technicians or nurses face. I did that once, and made myself crazy, come to find out, my test results were great. I will pray for you and watch for you to submit your results. Take heart that you are strong enough to beat this no matter what!!

Hi Angie. Please don't get yourself all upset until you know if there is a problem. Peoples expressions often don't mean anything. You know I live nearby and would love to talk with you either on the phone or I can meet you somewhere. Please call or E-mail me and we can get together some way. Cathy

Angie: I know its easier said than done "not to worry" but making yourself crazy isn't going to change anything. All of our hopes and prayers that you get good news from Onc. and try to have good thoughts. Your friend, vinnie

Oh Angie, there is just nothing about this disease that comes easy, is there. There is so much, "wait for the results". Even a 2 day wait is 2 days too long!! I will talk to GOD tonight and ask him to put his loving arms around you and keep you safe and give you peace to deal with this. Like everyone else told you, the sonographer may look stern when he or she concentrates and had nothing to do with what they saw, and Angie if the sonographer could do an accurate reading they would not need anyone else to read it, so try not to stress too much. Everyone here will be waiting to hear from you. Write as soon as you can. Love to you, Nancy

Dear Angie. Try not to worry too much. If they could give a result on the spot there would be no wait time. There is a need for a trained doctor to read these results so don't read too much into her expression. We are all holding you in our hearts right now and will wait as anxiously as you for your results. My love to you. Pam

Angie, I've been away for awhile. But know that you are in my prayers today. I agree with everyone, you can't read the faces of technicians. She/he could have been having a gas pain!

Hi, Angie!!

Hopefully by now you have gotten good news!! You are in my prayers. I have just prayed that God will wrap His loving arms around you and keep you in His care and give you peace. Whatever, the news, please know that I am here for you--whatever you need that I can give is yours. Just let me know!! Also, remember that whatever the news, that there isn't anything that you and God together can't handle--each and every day. Just depend on Him for your strength--and us, too!! :-)

I can't add a single thing to all that has already been said to you on this. Just remember, the sonographer is only a technician--they only do the test. There are a very few who are good enough to give you an accurate opinion, but they are VERY FEW. Give it all to the LORD. There is an "old" gospel song that says "God can do anything, but fail!" Take care, and I'll be waiting to hear how the appointment went today!!

Love, hugs, and blessings....Wendy
