They tell me it is the Cytoxen and the fact that I wear a cap and my head gets very hot. I use T/Gel by Nutragena to help with the rashes and pimples. Its not the panty hose cap, but made of a fabric that wicks away your sweat. So far, I don't have the rash and I've been wearing wigs through the day. I got it clearance 2 for $5.99.
