20 years since ALL diagnosis

Hi tonsofhope!!

I am 23 years old and a childhood survivor of ALL. I was diagnosed at age 3, and went through chemotherapy and cranial radiation treatments. I am definitely willing to share what side effects I have experienced, and possibly provide you with some resources as well. I am not sure if your daughter will experience exactly what I have, given that treatments have hopefully improved in the past couple of decades. Also, some of the late effects I experience are a result of cranial radiation treatments and I am not sure if this is the same case with your child's treatment. But I would be more than happy to answer and questions you might have. Feel free to email me at liveformiracles@gmail.com!

-Laura

My daughter had ALL Two and a half years ago

My daughter had ALL on Oct.2006 at5 1/2 yrs.old and after two and a half years, she survived. Now we are dealing with the late effects of chemotherapy. Is there anyone else that had this childhood cancer at a young age and dealt with this after affect or a parent of a young child who is or had this late effect problem.
