GOOD TO HEAR THAT!!!!! Whe she finishes maybe she will have a little pain on his throat because of the radiation. But a natural medication is honey!!!!!!!!. My husband was taking 1 tablespoon of honey daily. It will help her to heal inside.

Good luck!!!!!!

EXPERIENCE WITH RADIATION

MY HUSBAND HAD RADIATION TOO. TWICE PER DAY DURING 3 WEEKS. AT THE BEGINNING DOCTOR TOLD US HE COULD EXPERIENCE SOME IRRITATION ON THE SKIN. BUT IT DIDN'T HAPPEN. BEFORE EACH RADIATION HE USED TO SAY SOME WORDS LIKE: "MY SKIN WILL NOT BURN". ALSO HE DIDN'T TAKE A SHOWER EVERY DAY. BECAUSE THE SKIN IS VERY SENSITIVE IN THOSE DAYS, SO TRY TO USE SENSITIVE SOAP AND JUST CLEAN YOUR SKIN WITH WATER. DRINK A LOT OF WATER, EAT HEALTHY.

WE ARE VERY LUKY HE DID NOT EXPERIENCE THAT. THE SIDE EFFECT HE HAD WAS PAIN IN HIS THROAT. FOR THIS PAIN, DOCTOR GAVE HIM A LIQUID MEDICINE TO RELIEVE THE PAIN. ALSO ALL HIS HAIR WAS GONE.

TELL YOU WIFE, SHE NEEDS TO BE POSITIVE. EVERY PERSON HAS DIFFERENT SIDE EFFECTS. BUT I CAN TELL YOU THAT RADIATION IS VERY ADVANCE TODAY. HOPEFULLY SHE WILL NOT EXPERIENCE ANY IRRITATION.

Radition burns

When I had radiation treatment my oncologist told me to use 100% aloe vera gel on the radiation site. It did help. Also be sure to drink plenty of water while you are in treatment.
