John was only 35. I'm still in shock as we buried him today. This all feels like a bad dream.

My deepest sympathy to all who have lost a loved one. I posted elsewhere that cancer is the worst thing in the world. I've started looking for ways to help in the fight and every stride we take will be in his honor.

Rest in Peace Bro!

Ray

So very sorry for the loss of your friend, cancer most certainly is a beast but while we can still take in air we must rise above it.

    Thanks Tina,

I am very sorry for your loss as well. I'm hoping to get his wife on this board because I feel it would really help her to know of so many people going through this in one way or another.

It's very nice to read such kinds words form everyone :-)

    Ray,
So sorry for the loss of your brother. Please try and get his wife on this board. I'm not sure how I found it, but I lost my husband in March and think I was just killing time on the computer when I came across this site. It's great and all the people on here are so supportive to everyone. they've helped me so much. Also have been seeing a counselor and on meds, which helped too. So be strong! "Carole"
