    well...
this is me... and my wonderful husband.

    Nice Photos
All of these photos ae great....

Glenna, for some reason, yours is back to your yellow lab.

Ladyfordarknight, isn't showing a photo for me this morning.

I know when I did mine it took a few tries. You (or at least I) had to delete my old one first, save with no photo, then put my new photo in. It said it updated, but had the old photo. I had to close the page, then open it again before it showed my new photo.

    Spooky ;-)
This is getting a little strange ;-) For me it is showing the picture of Bob but I also see no picture for Lady4darknight. I had the same problem loading a new picture, tried it about 4 times and finally logged off, shut my computer down and then it finally showed the new picture.

It's funny because Bob plays poker on AOL everyday and sometimes his avatar would show up as a woman when he never changed it. His poker buddies have fun with him everytime this happens.

I am finally getting the results from my latest CT scan this afternoon and I'm starting to get a little nervous. Actually, A LOT nervous ;-) I know I have no control over what the results will so I'm trying to stay positive!!!

Hope everyone has a great day!!!

Nice to hear from you, hope your company is not suffering from the effects of the BP spill. I'm pretty disgusted with this whole mess, especially from the ecological view and devastation to the estuaries and wet lands where the major breeding of fish and crustaceans take place....

Hoping it doesn't also mess up the fishing and future fishing due to migrations and residual.

Good to hear from you friend....

Glenna, you are in our prayers today (as always)....be positive...and I know that is much harder to do than to say.

    Best,
    John

I just hope it don’t mess the fishing up in Tampa as I am still looking for that trip with you someday.

Lovely picture of the wife, it would be so nice to be able to meet everyone in person someday.

    Thanks

    So Far So Good
Fishing hasn't been effected to this point...boat is waiting. As a matter of fact, I'm taking it out tomorrow (making sure it's ready for you)....LOL actually you know me, I'm out nearly every week-end (if I get my yard chores down for the girls during the week).

Fishing has been a little slow in some areas this year due to the longer and lingering winter that we had (compared to our usual few days, LOL).

How is Chef, have you spoke to him lately, please let him know the boat is open for his trip to Tampa as well. He is still in our thoughts and prayers as is his children.

    Caregiver week..What a
Caregiver week..What a wonderful idea! I was wondering what was going on with the pictures!
My husband, Scott was wonderful. After working in a plywood mill and then having shoulder surgery this summer, he has taken care of me and done the cooking, cleaning, laundry...
He always made sure that I ate, encouraged me to sit with them at meals and to just try even if I did not feel like it. It has been amazing!!
    Stacey
I have a better px than this taken a few days ago, but it is on his sister's camera...

    Late Posting
I would have posted much sooner here but I couldn't see the new pictures. Finally, after restarting my computer 3 times I just refreshed this page and everything worked. John, this truly was a great idea. It is pretty much the reason my wife has been included in my pic almost the whole time I've been on here. Without her I would not have made it. As for everyone else who has posted here it is great to get to know you a little better through the photos. Makes it feel like more of a family.

    Best to all,
    Steve

Well here is my little girl & better half who stood by me through this journey and gave birth to our little boy between my surgery and rads/ chemo starting. Our little girl is about to turn 3 & our little boy about to turn 1 next week so it's a bittersweet anniversary.

I don't have a picture of the two of us that I like so I cropped myself out and he's not happy with any recent pictures so this is an old one.

    Finally
I was able to get a picture of my husband and myself. It was taken by our daughter on Panama City Beach about a month ago. He dragged me to our daughter's softball tournament. He announced that I could sit on the couch at home and watch TV or sit in a condo by the beach and watch TV. He was right. I just needed a kick in the... to start living again.

    Thanks Mick n John,
New Taylor is great thanks and luvin' it. .It really is a beautiful instrument ... ( Scam got a new guitar ;0) Oh Yeah...went on Micks recommendation and scored a beauty).

Not having played regularly in a good while, my fingers are hurting but they will soon be hardened up. I need to go online and revisit some songs as and chords as I have forgotten so many..Chemo Brain or maybe just getting older.

    Cheers

Have you ever seen the you tube video- United Breaks Guitars?
It is about a guy whose Taylor guitar is mishandled. The video is hysterical.

    Great Fire Wall of China...
    Hi Stacy,
Unfortunately, the 'Great Fire Wall of China' has blocked youtube and many other sites. I did hear about the incident though about the 'Friendly Skies' not being so friendly with the guys guitar, and then not caring about the aftermath. I fly a lot and airlines are generally negligent when it comes to customer care. I won't get started. Airline horrors stories are boring and these days, I am just thank full if they land the bird safely.

Now that I hear it was a 'Taylor' that was mishandled, I will have to get my VPN fired up and break through that firewall and watch the clip ! The name 'Taylor' has a new meaning to me now. It's a new breed of exceptional guitars and will now rank with Martin, Gibson and Maton.
