Guess where I found them?? Hystersisters! So a huge thank you ShortMarge for the recommendation! ((HUGS)) I love that website. :)

It turns out BOTH women who had the same exact dx as me ended up having endometrial cancer. One was a Stage I requiring no further treatment, the other was a Stage III needing chemo/radiotherapy.

Dont get me wrong, I'm not throwing in the towel simply because I found 2 people in the whole wide world with my diagnosis lol. I know some of you ladies have been following along with me. I was at one point pretty despondant that I couldnt find anyone else who could relate to me. So, while this IS a bittersweet find, it is still something for me to be happy about. I dont feel so in the dark about what I'm facing. I also found comfort that I'm not the only one! It's still anything goes until surgery. ;)

    There is always hope!
Hang in there. I believe you are going through the worst part right now and that is the not knowing. Once you know something and you know what you are facing, it is still difficult to accept if it is cancer. At least you know what you are fighting and what you have to do.
I am praying for you that this is not cancer and that surgery is the only treatment you will need.
Stay strong, soon you will know what you are facing!

Not knowing is definitely difficult! At times I feel like I'm on the outside looking in, you know? Like this is somebody else's life that I'm just watching unfold.

You know, I just realized I'm going to be alone when I find out. My mom is going to have my children, and my sis will be working. :( I have to work on that because I do not want to be alone...

I really appreciate the support and prayers Deanna. Hugs to you & prayers back at ya! ;)

If I could, I would go with you!
You definately need to try to find a friend or family member to go with you if you can. After my D&C, we were told that it was just a polyp and it was no big deal. So, I went to my follow up visit alone. BAD idea! That is when I was originally told that it was cancer. Even if it turns out to be nothing, it would be a good idea to have someone with you. Hope you can find someone you trust to go...
    Hugs,

    You are such a sweetheart!
Thanks Deanna. I'm having a tough day. I got my "girl thing" for the 2nd time this month, and the last one was 15 days long(only ended 9 days ago). I should probably be celebrating because its the last one, but its kind of taken the "oompf" out of me. ::sigh:: That was nice to read tho! I actually smiled. :)
