All you need is radiation and possibly a hormone treatment later on but that will probably not be necessary. I had psa of 24 and gleason of 9 and I have survived 4 years with just this treatment. Surgery at your age and numbers would be overkill and cause you more problems than are needed for survival. Sincerely Mark
