need more info on meds

i have tried viagra and only got a headache now i have a pump and it dosent seem to help, should i use them both together?

    I just had surgery in December and my doctor put me on Cialis. It has worked great. Cialis works for 36 hours vs. Viagra only about 4 hours. It may help.

    Cialis works for me too. Also supplement it with L-Arginine 40 min before sex. Per my doctor it works.
