Everything is OK

I had my surg on April 13. Thank G-d everything came out clean so they left my ovaries and now i am waiting for my 4 week follow up. Just need to heal and i am on my way. Was so scared. Thanks for all your good thoughts and prayers

    Thank you. i am up and about already. but taking it easy not to over do it.

    What I found after my radical hysterectomy (Endometrial Cancer, Stage 2b) was that when I took my pain meds, I felt fairly decent and did more than I should. When I didn't take them, I felt like crap. It was a much rougher recovery than I ever would have imagined it would be.

    My surgery was 5 1/2 hours, and 2 hours after surgery I was wide awake. It was after leaving the hospital that reality set in. I'm still experiencing about 21 of the 35 most common surgical menopause, with crashing fatigue being the worst of them so far.
