I Just had to go this site after surviving radical Rhinectomy (total nose removal) & palectomy (Hard palate removal) after stage III sqaumous cell of the nasal septum. Still not sure what caused this cancer but I have found there is life after a stage III diagnosis. It is one year after the surgery and still have some minor complications (skin grafts) but I am awaiting my new nose and my return back to society!

Congratulations! A year (a week!) is a long time in this waiting game! I just sent you a message earlier today but I can't see it on the site yet. My case is small compared to yours (partial rhinectomy and reconstruction 2 months ago), but I've just discovered the site and have no contact with anyone else here in Sydney Australia, yet.
All the best for many more anniversaries.
