How do I put pictures on here?

How do I put several pictures on here? Is there a way??? I'm pretty dumb when it comes to computers. I'd like to put pictures of my birthday and my beautiful grandchildren with me. Let me know if there is a way.

    First, I think you have to create a web page..go to
    "Personal Web Pages" on the left, then "help" and you will see instructions on pics.
