    Sue, I am so sorry for your loss. You and Bob put up a hell of a fight against this disease. You did everything in your power to care for him. You are a inspiration to others. Please take care of your self, my prayers are with you. Livin

    Sue, we are so proud of you. Our brave little soldier. The weeks ahead will be difficult but you will bear up. You did, after all, take such wonderful care of Bob. Just remember that he has not 'gone' anywhere. You simply won't see him in the waking world. I still dream of my father who passed away more than ten years ago.

    As I read through the responses to this post, I am left with little to say, except that it is my feeling that our lives are but a brief interlude between before and after..all my loved ones who have gone before me are still with me. Sometimes I
    feel their energy so strongly they could be right next to me. Bob is with you always. He is also free and without pain.. Bud

    I am so very, very sorry about Bob. May he finally rest in peace. You both have been so very brave, there is a special place in heaven for him. You are an amazing, wonderful, beautiful special person. The love you two obviously shared... Well, that's why I keep fighting... I hope to one day love like that.

    Take care of yourself. Take it one day at a time. The relief, the numbness, the loss... It's not easy. Please know that we are here, day or night, and we look forward to hearing from you. Words are inadequate and I wish I was standing there next to you to give a big hug and kiss and helping hand. Know that we love you and your journey has been an inspiration to us all.

    Sue,

    I am sorry to hear about your losing Bob. You are one tough person, as was he. Just recall all he meant to you and how close you were to help fill the sad times that will come. Do your best to try to make it day by day.
