My wife Sandy was diagnosed with HD stage 3 in September. She has had 9 treatments of ABVD and the PET scan now shows no activity. She has 3 remaining treatments to finish out her treatment regimen. Needless to say, this is the best news of our lives. We are very thankful to everyone that has helped us get to this point -including the people in this discussion group. If you are in the early stages of treatment, hang in there - There is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Congratulations!!! I am so happy for the both of you! That is such awesome news. I was diagnosed with Stage 2B Hodgkin's back in October. I have had 8 treatments of ABVD and I am going for testing this week. Hopefully my results will be the same. Then I can get through the last 4 treatments and then it will be OVER. Just like it will be for Sandy when her next 3 are done. Congrats again! Glad to hear the good news.
