I don't know if this is the appropriate place for my concerns but no Dr in my area can see me for another 3 weeks and I'm going crazy i just wanted to know what or how people's symptoms started out. I know no one can give me Dr advice but I would just like to know if my symptoms are about the same the ER dr seems to think so.
I'm only 32 yr old female but I am having sever problems with my stomach.
I had my gallbladder taken out in Feb but it didn't help the stomach problems.
abdominal pain
bloating feeling
weight loss
loss of appitite( i usually eat like a man)
a feeling of being full even if I haven't eaten
intagestion (spelling?)
severe constipation going on for months
vomiting when I eat or extreme nausua
Please someone tell me if this sounds like the same symtoms I'm at a loss for what is going on with my body and I am having problems working and I really need to work.
Any help, comments would be greatly appriciated

Hi. I had cancer of the esophagus at the junction of the esophagus and stomach. Your symptoms seem rather broad and I suggest that you do a search on line for medical advice. There are several sites where you can communicate with a real doctor (in real time) or via email. There are many causes for what you describe and cancer is only one. Get medical help now and don't wait 3 weeks. Regards, Bruce

Hi. I sent a message earlier but have been thinking since then. Your symptoms sound like a bowel obstruction. All of what you listed are common problems with a blockage of the bowels. This is serious and needs immediate attention. Don't wait 3 weeks. Bowel obstructions can be caused by several things but if left untreated can cause death. Good luck, Bruce

I think you should get an endoscopy, just to be sure. There is nothing wrong with checking, I heard that in some countries in Asia they do mass screenings, through endoscopies for stomach cancer, because stomach cancer is common there. Alot of the symptoms you have sound like the symptoms my 56 year old mother had before her exploratory surgery to see how advanced her stomach cancer was. After 2 or more years of going to the doctor, almost on a weekly basis, she found about her stomach cancer in August of this year (2001) and is now in the last stage. So get checked, it does not hurt, it is not surgery.
