I am 22 and have been thankful to be cured of leukemia for the past 15 years now. Though 15 years seems like a lot i still remember everything as it was yesterday and i feel that it is an important part of my past that i need to revisit. I have tried to do so alone but it simply doesn't work, so i let my fingers do the walking and decided to try to talk to people like me, who have experienced the same thing, and hope that we can both benefit from a friendship. Please write!

    Hi!
I am 21 and am coming up on my 12th anniversary of my bone marrow transplant. What type of leukemia did you have? I had AML. It is nice to meet you :-D

Hello, I'm 15, and I know how you feel. I had Neuroblastoma when I was only 11 months old and then when I was 18 months old. No matter what people say, I believe I can remember some of the things that happened to me then. My first memories are the hospital, the room I was in, and being in surgurey. I'll be glad to start a new friendship, Talk to you soon!

Hi, I am 20 and I have been in remission for 3 years now. I also feel the same about revisiting that part of my life and feel I don't do it often enough. If you want to talk, please write back :)

It sounds as if we share a similar story. I am 24 and have been cured of Leukemia (ALL) for the past 18 years. I remember fragments of my treatments and recoveries. Like yourself, I am searching for others in the hopes of making beneficial connections, and new friendships. Would enjoy chatting with you!! Sorcharose

Hi everyone I am 25 and I am a survivor of neuroblastoma and I have felt very alone for very much of my life because I have not found any support groups or met anyone (until recently) that is a survivor of childhood cancer and is in their early 20's and 30's. Its much easier to relate to those in your age range than someone who is years older. I hope to make some new friends here and hope to get a response. If anyone needs a friend or support I'm here for you.

Hi, I'm Anna and I'm 26 and a childhood cancer survivor. I can associate with Caty in that I feel very isolated and have not been able to share my Cancer experience with anyone who would understand. I am here, ready to talk. Shoot me an email and maybe we can schedule a time to meet and chat.

    thanks,
    Anna
