Thanks Sherry..I spoke in great detail with my surgeon and he said the same thing that you did..There can't be any "what ifs"...So I have decided to go ahead with the chemo..I'm very apprehensive but I know it's the right decision for me..Thanks again, Janet

    Hi Janet,

I think everyone is apprehensive about the chemo - not just the first time, but less so with suceeding treatments. It helps to relax if possible!!

I decided, as you have, that if I didn't continue, I'd never know if I cheated myself.

Another thing that helped me is knowing all the hundreds(thousands ?) who have gone through the same thing.

I get my first taxol which follows the AC (#4 yesterday) on May 11. Good luck to you - we'll all be thinking of you.

Hi Janet...I am sure you feel like a weight has been lifted now that you have decided on the chemo. It's not going to be fun but just look at all of us who have gotten thru it and you will too.Post again on how you are doing with it. Sherry
