Hi everyone, my name is Judy. I had written here when I was first diagnosed. Some of you responded to my message, thank you very much. Since then I have just been trying to understand all that I need to know about this. I am 46 & was diagnosed with breast cancer in Nov. It is tubular carcinoma which is a more rare type & also a lot less agressive type than others which is good. My lump was small, less than 5 cm. I was scheduled for a mastectomy but had to cancel two weeks in a row after having quit a round of the flu. I had surgery Dec. 15th. I went back to the doctor on the 22nd. Great news! No cancer cells in breast tissue or lymph nodes. I will go back to the doctor in a couple of weeks to see what follow-up treatment I will need. I have not been on here in several weeks to read your messages until today. You are all so encouraging. It is so nice to hear about other people's treatments & your thoughts. I am trying to keep a positive attitude. My family has been great, especially my husband. I will keep you all in my thoughts & prayers. I wish you all a wonderful New Year. Love, judyd

Happy New Year back to you - and I want to wish you luck with your treatment. The AC chemo treatments are tolerable. And, when they are all over with, you will once again feel good. Glad to have you back with us.

Hi Judy! I am new to this web site and have scanned through the MANY people to chat with about their illness(s).
My sister has a boyfriend who has lymph-something leukemia. I am searching for someone who can give me info as to what she might be in store for as caregiver.
We are both ignorant on the subject, and i know that your message did not say that you have leukemia; but your name looked friendly.
Any info you could give me would be greatly appreceated.
I hope that you are doing well.
    Blessed Be. Chiara
