    Some slack

yes, Fox, I think you deserve some slack and then some, for your IL2 Treatment; having not just the physical side during treatment, the recovery but psychotic episodes most clearly qualifies you for slack.

    sarah

    Great advice. And yes, slack

Great advice. And yes, slack time is definitely well deserved given all your history.

    Good Mojo!

Not that you ever had any doubts (at least that you would admit too LOL) this is great news. Cold beer and pizza is soul food.  In fact I consider pizza a food group all to its self. Very best congrats.  I would send you a local microbrew...we have some particularly nice ones here in Nuevo Mexico, but as it would get warm on the way I suggest you hop on your bike and come on down.  My treat on the beer.

    brea,

    Awesome! And how's your hip?

    Fox

My hip still hurts a lot.  Still on pain meds.  My primary care doc got me an appt with an ortho doc May 27th that comes highly recommended as he does really good work on hips and joints.  He wants all my scans and told my doc he really wanted my pet scan also.  The other doc I seen wasnt interested in pet scan.  So maybe he can help me.  I have a limp and I cant take my right foot to go up a step because it just want work .  But the tendon was torn at its point of insertion.  So we will see.  Thanks for asking.

I know just how lucky I am. Keep in mind that when I began this journey, I was given no hope. And look where I am now. The message is that you never give up. Not everyone will do well. Unfortunately. Why me? Dunno. But I wouldn't be writing this if I had listened to my first 2 or 3 doctors. Wouldn't it be cool if I outlived them?

    Pizza is flat....Should be ok

When I was six, my dad convinced my sister and I that it was ok to eat Pizza on passover, because pizza is flat.  Fortunetely, the beer isn't.

hmm...Pizza during Passover...Maybe that is why I have Cancer?  Nah...G*d is not that cruel.

    Super Fox!!

    Fox,

It couldn't of happend to a greater guy! I am so happy for you! Not only do you have great spirts, but you make sure to share your great fortunes with all of us!  Even if the news is not so good, there is always something "good" about the news that you have been able to make us all see!  Thanks for helping me to realize that even though not a day goes by that I do not think about cancer, I do not see it as a end anymore! I will gladly drink a glass of wine to your great news, and I am sure hubby will be knocking back a few beers in your honor as well!  Thanks for giving us all strength, hope, and happiness!

Love and prayers for good heatlth!

    Pizza for Passover

The only Pizza ok for Passover is thin crust (ie unleavened bread). And then of course no Pepperoni and grape wine instead of the beer.  So there is no question of being Kosher for Passover just substitute the matzoh for the thin crust Pizza and add some bar-b-que brisket in place of the Pepperoni. Just Google Pizza for Passover for a bunch of ideas.

    The message here Darron

is that we have been responders to the nivolumab. We may have still had some growth but crap happens. You will follow the same path as me and will have a very bright future too. I hope you can sense my confidence.
