survey provides some basic data

I think this is a fairly good survey that will (a) help justify continuing support for the online community, and (b) provide some baseline data for online communities such as ours, and (c) even provide some data for researchers in the future. Little is known about online support groups, so on the whole, I think it is important to participate, if only to contribute to the scientific aspect.

It did not sound like it was targeted to improving the forum so I chucked it but after reading the responses, I retrieved it from the trash bin and took the survey. Make sure you all write in the search feature sucks! Thanks Don

Every time I put Donfoo into the search it gives me you.  So obviously it doesn’t suck completely.

You are correct. There are two search options - search member and search content. The search content never returns any results for me. maybe I am blacklisted, wouldn't be the first time. lol
