New 3 word story

The turkeys are

 

(For new ones here the object is to add 3 words to the previous 3 words and it becomes a story that usually get very 'interesting/bizarre' with time.  

I just came  back from the mailbox and saw a rafter of wild turkeys so as it's heading towards Thanksgiving, thought a story that at least started with turkeys might be fun - where it goes only time will tell Wink)

(edited to change a 'whole group' to rafter - the correct term for a 'whole group'.)

    In fighting to regain my health, I've learned that dieting is not useful; instead giving up packaged and processed foods in favor of whole, fresh foods is so much more satisfying, delicious and worth the time, effort and money! My health is precious to me; fresh food is worth the investment to stay living, active and energized!

    So my three word change replaces "like" with "is"
