Again, I want to say thanks to all of you who took the time to welcome me.

Our place is very pretty with a park like yard.   We hay and rent pastures for cattle, no farm animals of our own.  We are a half mile back from the road, our nearest neighbour is a half mile away.  Our view of the Rockies IS awesome. It was ok when I worked and still drove, before my disabling stroke.  Now, I am starting to hate the isolation.

I was raised in towns and cities and miss the convenience of the city and the signs of life. Even though we are only a half mile from town, people don't drive by and thing "oh I should call Susan".   Calgary looks and feels very much like Denver to those of you who have been there.  We live an hour from Calgary and I very much enjoy getting to spend days in the city.

My positive attitude has returned after being on this site and recieving all of your encouragement, I am looking forward to getting to know all of you better.

Thanks again, for your positivity and support.

With Grattitude,

Susan P from Alberta, Canada.

    Welcome, Susan

While you may be geographically isolated, technology and the computer keep us all connected, thankfully!  Come back often and keep us posted on your journey.
