    Yea!

I have no idea your sequence of treatment; but if this was the last segment, then you have to be excited to think that you are now on the other side -- that side you faintly saw when you first knew you had cancer and that it had to be dealt with.  I was just about to begin my radiation a year ago.  To think of where I am now, after having surgery/chemo/rads amazes me.

Hope things continue to look up for you.

Thanks desertgirl!  It is good to be done with rads, but, I am peeling bad now and having strange sensations where I had the boosters.

    Kathy, it hasn't been that

Kathy, it hasn't been that long for you since your surgery and finishing rads, so, your breast is still healing from all of that.  I remember going through something like that too and that's what it was.  Call your rads onco and talk to him or his nurse just to make sure and update us.

    Gentle hugs, Megan

    Did you contact your rads

Did you contact your rads onco?  Around my incision, it would look funny when I would have those tingly sensations.  I was told it was normal.

    I actually saw my breast

I actually saw my breast surgeon and he said it was the healing process.  It's my nerve endings trying to rejuvenate or something.  It just feels strange when it does that.  I was glad to know I wasn't the only one that this has happened to.

    Glad you talked to your

Glad you talked to your doctor and found out that it is normal.  You will be going through a lot of changes probably for awhile.  It takes maybe up to a year, for your body to heal from the surgery and rads.
