    Thanks! My last colonoscopy and first one was March 2011. Didn't have it until I was 58 - long overdue. It was done while I was in the hospital - actually two days after biopsy. 

    Haven't decided how I'll celebrate yet.

    I've always done the Miralax/Gatorade/Dulcolax prep for my colonoscopies (of which I believe I've had 3 or 4) and it's not so bad.  It's no fun, but not bad.  I hope your scope shows no problems!

    I'm sure it will be a blast! If we can get through this treatment, a colonoscopy won't be so bad... will report back when it's over. Waiting to hear when it will be scheduled. No hurry, though...

Haven't had a post treatment colonoscopy so kind of figured it was time. I'll have a different poop cocktail this time. Instead of Golightly (wrong name for that stuff) I get to have the miralax gatorade mix plus ducolax. I can hardly wait...

    That is what I Used

    My colorectal surgeon had me do the over the counter routine similar to you.  It worked REAL well...total cleanout.  I had a colonscopy in 2011.
