    Rad Burns

I had severe burns, also.  My nurse had me use Domboro Soaks from the drugstore.  I used them 3 x a day.

I also lined my bra with white flannel squares while at work (I was a middle school teacher.)  Once the rads stopped,

the healing was amazing.  Hope you can get through this--let us know how you get along this week.  Hugs & prayers

    for you..

I was checking in to see how

I was checking in to see how you are doing...  God Bless!  Kathy

    Domoboro Soaks

If your Dr says to try them - you will probably have to go to the pharmacy counter and ask for them.  At least here, they are not out on the shelves but kept behind the counter -don't know why as they are not a script reguired so have to ask for them.  When I was using them, Walgreens was the most expencive, about 1/3 more than WalMart and twice as expensive as the pharmacy at Family Thrift (local small grocery chain).

    It seems so barbaric and

It seems so barbaric and really it is, that we have to burn our skin with rads as part of our treatment, but unfortunately, it does happen.  I am so very sorry.

Hoping you're healing and can resume rads.
