    Hi Sharon and Everyone,

    Hi Sharon and Everyone,

I am new here. I had a lumpectomy and lymphectomy on Jan 15 and I'll start my Chemo tomorrow (Taxoter/Cytoxan). I think my doses' dates will be close to your dates Sharon, I hope everything will be OK for us.

I had a hair cut last Wed. because I don't want to see long stands of hair falling (it was longer than shoulder-lengh) so I thought that having my hair cut would make it easier on me, and if it will not fall down, by cutting it I am giving it a better chance to stay.

I also read a lot about chemo on the internet and found most of it very depressing, so now I try to read only positive things, that greatly improves my mood. My youngest daughter is 4 years old and my mood greatly affects her, so I can't afford to be depressed.

Good Luck to you Sharo and Lynn
