    As someone who researched and

As someone who researched and followed the info I found on the benefits of foods, exercise, deep breathing, etc. I have found that whether the info is newly discovered or tried and true, as someone who will be a five year survivor next month, do all that you are able to do regardless of the age of the research.

Hugs and great love to you all,

To all my old buds, I did finally make it to California and am living in "Hippie Heaven" in Ukiah. This people are mostly peace, love and sharing hippie souls. I haven't been this happy since I foolishly left California nine years ago. Just packed stuff in an SUV Christmas Eve and was here by New Year's Eve. Blessings on you all. Love you Jill, and Karen.

Hey there Claudia,  Great to see your posting and happy to hear you've found a new spot to call HOME.  Life is fun and can be quite venturous...and if anyone can do it, you surely can my dear friend.

Congrats to 5 years NED!!!!!  Why don't you come back and enlighten many of the newbies on the site on your journey and how you have attained NED for this many years?  Surely many would love to read lots of goodies from you, as you sure were there for me during my journey.  Still do re-read many of your older posts and have shared with many others.

    Best to you always,

My five cents on the topic

Since my wife and I had some history of complementing our coping with uterine cancer with a diet, I'd like to share some info on the subject too. Hopefully it will be of some help for you.

    Curcumin against uterine cancer

Natural uterine cancer cures include the use of antitumor agent of turmeric called curcumin, that inhibits (suppresses) uterine cancer cells. Turmeric has proven that its effect is equal to the effect of new anticancer drugs, including tumor necrosis factor inhibitors: Remicade, Humira and Enbrel; anti-vascular endothelial growth factor used in treatment of ovarian cancer (Avastin); blocking agent of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2), used in breast cancer patients (Herceptin).

Pumpkin and watermelon will help you on the way to recovery from uterine cancer

It has been established that plants containing cucurbitacin exert antitumor actions on human uterine cancer cells. It is the Cucurbitaceae (gourd) family. The most popular edible plants of this family are pumpkin, watermelon, melon, cucumber. Pumpkin’s carotene is also often used as part of natural cures for uterine cancer and is a great natural remedy that inhibits uterine cancer. It is recommended to use these products on a daily basis.

Be extra careful with non-food cucurbitacin-containing plants, because generally they are extremely poisonous. In connection with that you should be very cautious while using them and strictly adhere to recommended single and daily dosage. Poisoning symptoms: nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, presence of blood in the urine. Symptoms in severe cases: cramps, symptoms of injury of the central nervous system. Emergency measures: stomach lavage, drink ample water, preferably milk.

Cabbage as natural and safe method for fighting uterine cancer

Antitumor effect of Cruciferous vegetables is connected with the presence of specific sulfur compounds in them – isothiocyanates and glucosinolates. The effect of indole-3-carbinol, extracted from the cabbage, has been widely studied. Many experiments revealed that active substances of Cruciferous vegetables induce malignant uterine cancer cells apoptosis, block hormone receptors. change the activity of steroidogenic enzymes, promote transformation of sex hormones into inactive metabolites. The dietary therapy of uterine cancer should include edible Cruciferous vegetables and, of course, various types of cabbage – cauliflower and Brussels sprout. Cruciferous vegetable can even be used as part of stage 4 uterine cancer treatment.
