My ctscan 5 months after my lung met was diagnosed (and subsequently surgically removed)from the previous scan was clear - yeah! I was very worried especially when the oncologist didn't call within 48 hours. He finally called me Friday night - he's actually a gem. More good news - I can wait another 6 months until next scan. Now my husband and I can plan our trip to Paris - another bucket list item. I'm very lucky. Hope my good news encourages the rest of you. Cheers!

    Thank you all
for your responses. I will post about our trip (planned for May) when we return. Although I know I'm not "cured" and given my initial diagnosis and recurrence will probably be dealing with CRC for the rest of my life, I appreciate this six month break. I also know my challenges can't compare to many of yours. Thanks and best of health to you all!
