    Hi Gina!
In two weeks I will celebrate 2 years survival. I was given ten months to live then. If we met today you would not know I have cancer. There is a man at inspire.com who has survived 13 years. That site and this one have members who have survived longer but they rarely post anymore. This site is a quieter and laid back than that but I like both.

Anyhow, I really can't explain why I have survived. I eat sugar, don't juice, or follow special diets. I do exercise and eat well. I like my ribs and beer, ice cream and fried foods too though. Can't work but can and do volunteer here and there an hour or so at a time. I have travelled as far south and east as Naples Fl an as far NW as Seattle. I never had the time to do this before. I have taken classes in making pots and jewelry making. Over all I would say I am enjoying a good quality of life.

Excellent news. Was the bone mets one that disappeared? It's terrific that you feel good and are going into the PET that way. I have not had scanxiety since my first one because I trust my body when it signals that it is doing better. My mets was to right lung, liver and lymph nodes each of them is scar tissue now. Yeah.

Next scan is in five months.
Next scan is in five months. I had one about a month ago with great results. It is almost two years since diagnosis and every 3 month ct has shown shrinking or stability. So this will mark my first six month scan. I read your CT report on the other thread!! Excellent report except for the bony lesion thing (i know nothing about).

    When is PET scan?
