We are going out to dinner tonight with some friends, but, we've got the VCR ready to tape it! As I have written before, my hubby isn't crazy about it, but, he watches it with me, just because he knows I love it and he gets a kick out of what I have to say about everyone. lol
AND, we even try some of the dances! I imagine if we were on the show, we'd be kicked off first, but, we have fun! lol

Of course, this season is an "All Star" season, and I can't wait to see some of these folks dance again!
I thought Sabrina Bryan was ROBBED her first time around, so am really glad to see her back. And they're going to have to keep a fire extinguisher around for when Giles Marini and Peta Murgatroyd perform -- can't wait to see them together. I always loved Joey Fatone and Kym Johnson, and it's been so long since we've seen Kelly Monaco dance -- does she still have it?
On the flip side...I REALLY don't need to see Bristol Palin or Pamela Anderson again. And I'm sorry, but I found Kirstie Alley really grating and whiny the first time around, though I respected how hard she worked.

Tonight was really good. The one thing I do not like is the 1/2's the judges can give now in scoring. I mean seriously, why?

It was good tonight! I didn't think they could ever top last year's show as it was the best ever, but, this just might. There are so many excellent dancers on there, but, I thought the judges were a little off with the scoring. I thought some should have gotten higher scores. Bristol Palin and Pamela Anderson are the worst, so, either of those two could go and that would be ok with me.
Loving the men! I am not sure who my favorite is just yet. I'll let you know.

I, of course, pure as I am, wouldn't know ANYTHING about porn movies :-) -- but Pamela Anderson was by far the worst dancer, and really needs to go tonight. Bristol has improved, but is just not up to the level of everyone else.
I loved Joey & Kym, Sabrina & Louis, and Drew & Anna -- but I think I'm going to end up being Team Gilles & Peta (Team Gita? Team Pelles? Discuss.). They were definitely my favorite last night.
I actually like the 1/2 points -- I can see how sometimes a dance wouldn't be quite a 9, but better than an 8, for example.

It was actually one of the most fun evenings I've ever had! It's a long afternoon - you start in line about 1pm - but well worth the wait! The seating is VERY tight but still great. They taped some dance sequences and the Annie Lennox bit the first hour and then had a dance a thon with some of the celebs and pros ahead of the live show. Yes, Derek, Tony, Maks... Wow!!! It was wonderful! Also, got to see Enrique Iglesias - he was hot!! We left the show and promptly were rear ended. We almost didn't even care, we had had so much fun!
As for this year - Pamela and Bristol can leave anytime as far as I'm concerned. Gilles is sizzling in my opinion! I love this show!

I am watching with you Susie and everyone else! They said on tv one night that DWTS is the highest rated reality show ever and I can see why. Love the show and waited forever to have it back on.
There are several that I like so far and need more time to make up my mind to be 100% sure on my favorite. It's going to be really hard to choose just one couple.
I sometimes wish they would kick Lyn, the judge, to the curb. He is so critical of the stupidest things at times.
