Would someone please tell me what the term"Small detatched fragments of poorly differential carcinoma" means and how big is 1.8x1.5x0.4cm? Also, what does 0.5into5.0thick myometriam invasion mean? I have an idea of the polyp and surrounding tissue size, but my metric conversion leaves a lot to be desired! Thanks All, Debrajo

Multiply cm x. 39 to convert
Multiply cm x. 39 to convert to inches. The inchesbyou provided convert to this in inches: .7x.6x.2 if I did the calculation correct.
For an explanation of the poorly differentiated a good explanation is ar differentiatedcarcinoma.com
