    Sorry
I am sorry. I know words don't really help, but know that many of us here have also suffered losses and have some understanding of what you are going through. Time does help. This site was also helpful to me. Prayers and hugs, Fay

    your loss
I just wanted to write to tell you how sorry I am for your loss. I am new to this site but I thought they offered online support chat rooms. I wish you best of luck.

Lost my husband October 5th also.
My Don was still working May 26, 2011. Diagnosed that day with Kidney Cancer, Kidney removed in June. No chemo or radiation, they said it hadn't spread. July hospitalized with Brain Mets. August hospitalized with seizure. September 28th hospitalized with breathing difficulty. Spread to lungs. Came home October 3rd with a prognosis of 4-6 weeks. Left this world October 5th 1:35 a.m. He was my best friend, my soul mate, I don't know what to do... I too am at this site searching for a chat group or support. The pain is not like anything I've ever experienced. God bless you both and give you peace and comfort. We were married 28 years on March 17th, 2011.

    Lots of support here
So sorry you've lost your husband. I lost mine on Mar. 25, 2010 and I'm still having a rough time accepting it. I guess we just have to try and take one day at a time. There'll be good days and just when you think you're okay, it hits again and back come the tears. But it's not uncommon for this to happen. I have a cousin who lost her husband when he was only 40 and that was 17 years ago. She said she still breaks down occasionally.
This is a great web site & you'll find so much support here. I also saw a counselor & was on meds which helped me. So if things get bad, think about getting help.
Hang in there & remember, we're all here for you. "Carole"
