A Gentleman and a Robot Project

I gave the scrub cap to my gynecologic oncologist today. He absolutely loved it. The nurse loved it. The medical student loved it. He laughed so hard and gave me a big hug (none of this has ever happened before). He says he's going to wear it in the OR and he just might - he modeled it in the exam room. He appreciated both the humor and the symbolism of it - the robot, the mustache, the scrub cap, the color teal. It made my day and I think it made his, too. Thanks so much for your encouragement to do it.

Picture on my Expressions page.

Oh, my exam was good, too.

    Congratulations on your good exam.
Happy to hear the news. So glad the doctor received the scrub cap the way it was intended........ to bring a smile to his face and brighten his day. It had to brighten your day, too. I can't wait to go to your expressions page and see the finished project. I can't believe you finished it already. I do counted cross stitch and it takes me forever to complete a project. So happy to hear your good new. In peace and caring.

    Not speedy - machine embroidery
Thank you for the comments. I could never hand embroider anything that quickly, it's machine embroidery - download the design, upload it to the machine, push start and come back later.
