I am so happy for you and your family. And of course this gives hope to the rest of us. Do you have any words of wisdom? Do you follow a certain diet? Here's to your continued good health.

This is wonderful and it is so encouraging to know that some of us can do so well. Have you done anything special as far as diet or anything like that. I am sure we all pray that you will have many, many more years ned. Patty

    Thank You All
    Ladies,

Thank you all for all of your kind words, it truly means alot to me. I was dx August 26, 2005 at the age of 34 with a CA125 of 50,500, my wonderful gyn/onc was able to remove all of the cancer and I was staged 2C with tumor on both ovaries, small spot on cul de sac, and a tiny bit of ascites. I then did 6 rounds of carbo/taxol as a preventative measure and have been cancer free since. I haven't changed my diet but I do exercise and take a multi vitamin daily. My husband of 15 years was my rock during this cancer journey and continues to be my voice of reason. I received a very special gift after finishing chemo in January of 2006, our adopted son Jon who at the time was 7 months old and is 5 years old today, he is the silver lining out of all of this. I feel stronger since having gone through this and I try not to sweat the small stuff! If any of you need to chat, or ask questions please feel free to contact me. God Bless all of you and never lose faith!

    Hugs to everyone,

    Leslie
